Pre-existences and conditions

• existing derelict pavilion must be repaired and enlarged to be used as entrance to the future park
• the plot is not very visible so some type of advertisement is needed
• ugly designed power station is present on the site; it must remain

Concept and solution

• with an special design, the necessary fence becomes 50meter long façade and banner
• it remarks the entrance, hides the power station and integrates all parts
• the red colour of the fence catch the attention from the distance
• the pavilion is enlarged to fulfil the program needs including a covered terrace
