Concept and solution

• the idea is to preserve as much as possible the brick work untouched
• walls and vaults are just repaired and cleaned
• all the floor is changed for a technical one with a cavity
• all installations and services, included lights and appliances, are placed on the floor
• the very few new additions are painted in white to contrast with the existing brick work
