• a cooperative in process of renovation with many properties and plots along the village
• the idea of the investors is to renovate and revitalize all properties adding a social value
• the project will take more than 20 years to develop

Concept and solution

• the complete village is treated like a thematic or national park with focus on agriculture and tradition
• first a catalogue of all existing assets is made: historical, natural, industrial, infrastructures, etc.
• a 'loop' is design to connect all parts (like a necklace); 'a sequence of events'
• different means of ecological transport will be available all along the municipality reducing the use of cars
• creating points of interest the village will attract visitors and increase the quality of living
• new complementary services and functions are added; accommodation, leisure, educational, etc.
• the design of the loop, the stations, pavilion and signals will bring sense of unity
