• make big openings in façade and roof to bring light, profit of views and increase connection with the garden
• demolish few partitions and make cuts on slabs to enlarge and connect rooms
• roof floor completely repaired and transform into a loft-like semi independent apartment
• the volume is respected but the appearance is 'updated'
